Digital Service

TuniPTV provides digital IPTV subscription services. Because our products are delivered electronically and activated shortly after purchase, they cannot be returned like physical products.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Your subscription has not been activated.

  • We are unable to activate your subscription within 24 hours after payment.

  • A verified technical issue on our servers prevents the service from working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after activation.

  • Device incompatibility that was not verified before purchase.

  • Poor internet connection or network issues on the customer’s side.

  • Incorrect device information provided during the order.

  • Failure to follow installation instructions.

  • Temporary channel outages, buffering, or content changes caused by broadcasters.

  • Subscription time already used.

Technical Support

Before requesting a refund, you must contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue. Most technical problems can be resolved quickly through proper configuration or troubleshooting.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • Your payment receipt (if available)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots or videos (if applicable)

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and usually take 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current subscription.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account while the case is investigated.
